ORDERING
You can place an order in our webshop: www.telefonrammen.dk/en. All prices on the website are without tax and delivery charges.

PAYMENT
You can pay for your order on www.telefonrammen.dk by:

Invoice (sent by email) and bank transfer
Credit Card via Stripe or PayPal

Credit Card data is encrypted (SSL) and can only be read by the payment gateway, Stripe or PayPal. No one else, including Telefonrammen Aps, can read the data.

Payment by Credit Card is charged when you place your order online. No charges in addition to those you or the school have authorized will be added.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING RATES
Phone Park is sold in units of 1 or 10.Costs of shipping and delivery are shown in Cart and at Checkout. Delivery will be through GLS, DHL, PostNord or their partners.

Phone Park is always in stock, unless otherwise indicated on the website, and orders are expedited from us within 1-3 work days.

VAT, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties, these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by you. This also applies to purchases made on behalf of another recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Orders for shipment outside of EU are free of Danish VAT. Please note that local country or state VAT may apply upon receiving your package.

Orders for shipment inside of EU are likewise free of Danish VAT, provided you are a school or company and have a VAT number. Therefore please state your school or company VAT number in the order form.

DELIVERY

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We advise customers to contact their local customs office for further information.

You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 14 days after receipt. Notice of cancellation must be sent to our email address or by way of the contact form.
The product must be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you or the school have informed us of your cancellation. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping and to pack your return such that it will not be damaged in transit. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

You will receive a refund, usually through the same channel used for your original payment, as soon as we receive your return or documentation for return shipping.

WARRANTY
Phone Park comes with a 24 month warranty, starting from the day you receive your order. This warranty includes manufacturing and material defects with normal use of the product. In the case of such defects, the product will either be replaced or you will be given a price reduction or refund, depending on the situation. The warranty does not cover misuse of the product or destructive handling. You must make your claim within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the defect. If your claim is received within two months of delivery, it will always be considered timely.

You may cancel your order within 14 days after receipt. Notice of cancellation must be sent to our email address or by way of the contact form.

PRIVACY
Our website www.telefonrammen.dk /en uses cookies in order to optimize the functionality of the website and to make your visit as smooth as possible. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in the user’s browser. “Session cookies” keep track of what you or your school have placed in your basket while navigating around on the site. These cookies disappear when you close your browser. “Permanent cookies” are saved on your computer for about a month and make it possible for our server to recognize your computer the next time you log on to our site. You can always delete cookies from your computer, usually through the function “internet settings” and “delete cookies”.

Our website also uses a log statistics function that tells us how many people have visited our website, where they come from, the point at which they leave the site etc.
Personal information: In order for you or your school to place an order, it is necessary for you to register the following information: Your name, the name of the school or company, address, telephone number and email address. We do not store customer information encrypted, and we do not transmit customer information encrypted.

You or your school have the right to know what information we have registered about you, and you can always ask to have your registration information removed. We only register information in order to be able to deliver your product. We are required by law to retain customer information for 5 years, after which time the information is deleted. Only the owners and bookkeepers at Telefonrammen Aps have access to this information, and it is not transferred or sold to third parties.

EXTENDED GDPR INFORMATION AFTER 25 MAY 2018

Following the introduction of the GDPR  rules and conditions have been extended.

Processing of personal data

In connection with your order and registration at Telefonrammen Aps, you have entered personal information, including your name, e-mail address and company or private address. We process this personal information in connection with ordering, billing, tax documentation and marketing as necessary for us to fulfill our part of the agreement.

Processing of personal data – consent

If you have completed an order, we will process your email address and the details of your registration with us until it is no longer relevant. You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this by contacting us at mail@telefonrammen.dk. However, we cannot delete data required for Danish taxation documentation.

Privacy Policy

We will always treat your personal information securely and confidently in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Regulation and Data Protection Act. Your information will be used solely for the purpose for which they are collected and will be deleted when this purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.

We use third parties to process your information (WordPress, E-conomic, MailChimp), collect statistics and conduct marketing (Google). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data providers, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules for the protection of your personal data.

Information, objection, change and deletion

You can always contact us to find out the personal information we have collected. This can be done by contacting mail@telefonrammen.dk. If there is a mistake in our information, you can always ask to have the information corrected. If you no longer wish to process your personal information or to limit the processing of your personal information, you may also send us a request to the above-mentioned e-mail address.
